High Speed has a minimum bandwidth of 10.2Gbps. Most new HDMI cables will be High Speed or above, meaning they can carry a 4K signal. The key thing to note is that the 10.2Gbps bandwidth will only support 4K24, or 4K video at 24 frames per second which is fine for most home entertainment sources like Ultra HD Blu-ray movies and streaming.
